Information provided through a reading should not be considered medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, relationship, or other professional advice.

No guarantees are made regarding future events, outcomes, relationships, career opportunities, financial results, health matters, or life circumstances.

Clients remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interpretations of the information provided.

The Hidden Frequency is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, mental health treatment, legal services, financial planning, or medical care.

Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for the decisions they make before, during, and after receiving a reading.

Readings are intended to provide perspective and insight, not directives or instructions for specific actions.

Any decisions made as a result of a reading remain the responsibility of the client.

Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including but not limited to:

• Date of birth

• Birth time

• Birth location

• Names and birth information provided for compatibility readings

• Any information submitted through intake forms

The accuracy of a reading depends on the accuracy of the information provided.

By Angie Liu is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or outdated information supplied by the client.

Changes to birth information or intake details after work has begun may require an additional fee or the purchase of a new reading.

Right to Refuse Service

By Angie Liu reserves the right to decline, cancel, postpone, or discontinue services at any time.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Fraudulent, misleading, or intentionally false information

• Requests outside the scope of services offered

• Abusive, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate behavior

• Situations where the client appears to require professional support beyond the nature of the services provided

If a booking is declined before work has begun, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is required before work begins.

Clients may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided work has not yet commenced.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, all sales are final.

Due to the personalized nature of the services provided:

• No refunds will be issued once work has begun.

• No refunds will be issued after delivery.

• No complimentary revisions, rewrites, or re-dos are included.

• Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction with the interpretation, insights, or outcomes of a reading.

If an error has been made by By Angie Liu, reasonable corrections may be made at no additional charge.

Delivery Timeframes

Readings are completed in the order they are received.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and may vary depending on current demand, scheduling, and workload.

Most readings are delivered within 1–2 weeks; however, delivery timelines are not guaranteed.

Clients will be notified if a significant delay is anticipated.

Guided Integration Sessions

Guided Integration Sessions are intended to help clients further explore and reflect upon the information contained within their Hidden Frequency Blueprint.

These sessions are educational and reflective in nature and do not constitute therapy, counseling, coaching, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

Intellectual Property

All readings, guides, blueprints, analyses, written materials, graphics, digital files, and related content created by Angela Liu remain the intellectual property of Angela Liu.

Purchased readings are licensed for personal use only.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold, shared publicly, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angela Liu and By Angie Liu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or any services provided.

By purchasing a reading, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
